Our Recruitment Process

Receiving Job Order

We begin with the demand letter and the power of attorney sent to us from the Middle East clients

Advertisement

Release of advertisement at the national level

Collection

Collection of the database of the desired candidates

Short listing

Handing over the date base of the candidates to the Technical Consulate for selecting the desired candidate

Interview

The shortlisted candidates are called for the final interview which is a personal, face-to-face interview with the trade client through the proper Trade Centre Site

Medical

Once selected, the next step is to undergo medical examination

Visa Processing

On successful medical clearance, the documents are prepared for visa processing

Immigration

If the candidate’s passport is ECP, then his passport is given to POE for Emigration clearance

Departure

Once the entire process is complete, client is informed accordingly, who now sends the ticket to ensure that the candidate flies out to fulfil his dreams and aspirations
